2000 Ford F-150 Lightning Reviews
Have had since new 11/2000. Have flushed and changed all fluids prior to 13K. Added second set of tires then, changed to '04 Wheels, Bilstien shocks, '04 Lights (4corners, fog), Front bumper facia, Added signal mirrors. Has bed liner with H/D soft cover and vent visors. Black with fiberglass air induction hood. Ported and polished air horn and throttle body. At 29,500mi and NO time trials, ON third set of tires which seem to be dying of old age and nothing more. Rides and handles great. Gas mileage could be better 11/18, but Hey, it's a LIGHTNING.
Have had truck from day one, Had services done early from trans flush, rad flush, p/s flush, rear end drain & change, brake fluid also. Like way it handles around the slow traffic. Inter cooler was recall changed, along with crusecontrol. MPG 12/18
