The 105K service is for an Oil Change and Spark Plug replacement. Make sure your Timing Belt has been replaced, as it was due @ 60,000 and again @ 120,000. Also, major fluids like Transmission and Differencials were due @ 90,000.

Acura recommends your timing belt at 7years or 105k miles which ever comes 1st. They also recommend a valve clearance inspection/adjustment. The 105k service itself is separate and includes spark plug replacement. I would do them in that order of importance.
