Stalling or Low Engine Idle Speed Due to Dirty Throttle Body on Chrysler Concorde

Problem Description and Possible Solution

A dirty throttle body may cause low engine idle speed or frequent stalling, as oily residue blocks air flow in the throttle when the throttle is closed. Throttle body cleaning may be necessary to correct this condition. Our technicians caution against spraying cleaner directly onto the throttle body as this may damage the throttle position sensor (TPS).

Engine idle drops at idle in gear to 400-450 rpm, causing oil pressure light to flicker, there is no knocking associated with it, and touch the gas pedal and it's fine.
When i come to a stop i have to hold my gas pedal to idle it where its supposed to be, and hold the break at the same time, if i release the gas and just hold the break, it stalls but turns right back on (Basically driving 2 footed) idk what the issue is, can someone help me please...
When I slow down car stops but starts right away
Stalling sputtering...
IDLE SPEED SO LOW MY DASH LIGHTS COME ON LIKE IT STALLED , REV ENGINE A LITTLE BIT THEY GO OFF ONLY YO COME BACK ON WHEN YOU LET IT IDLE.
low idle and stalling do to speed control module. took off vacuum hose and made sure check valve was left on the vacuum to motor and all is well. dropping into low gear is safety built into trans from too low of idle. ;)
Car in the early morning would idle slowly and then die. Mechanic sai it needed a throttle position sensor.
The engine idols roughly when in drive and foot on the break
low engine idle when i gear at a stop light oil light comes on then goes out as soon as the gas is touched a little..
