Misfire and/or Check Engine Light Due To Failed Ignition Coil on Cadillac Eldorado

Had to replace rear coil pack after getting PCM0300 misfire code and going into limp mode. Got part used w/ 1 year warranty for half cost of dealership. Replaced myself, took the opportunity to replace plugs & boots as well. Took about 45 mins including all plugs and boots for both sides.
Was driving down the free way, pressed the gas down hard to accelerate then engine started to lag and shake. Check engine light flashing. Car still runs and drives just really rough. Anyone know what's going on ?
Intermittent misfire caused by coil for cylinders 2 and 6 repaired this prolem.
Rough idle. Check engine lot on. Had prob fx and replaced one of the 4 ignition coils
