How do I know the right ecm for my car.? Is there certain numbers that have to match or something.?
when the engine warm up and I press clutch pedal the engine decelerate
I've tried different crank position sensors but cannot locate the cam position sensor which sounds like the proble. Im lost
I have replaced the following: Blower motor, blower resistor, radiator, fan and thermostat but still NO heat. I'm getting desperate to find this problem and fix it before winter comes.
ACTS LIKE ITS FLOODED SPRAYED START FLUID DIDN'T HELP THATS WHY IM THINKING ITS FLOOED .. IT STARTS AFTER A LOT OF CRANKING.. BURNED 1 STARTER OUT ALREADY.. SPARK IS THERE LOOKED WEEK// WHEN IT DOES START IT RUNS GOOD AND STARTS EASY AFTER,, cleaned the platinum gold bosh weird tipped plugs they appear to look good , replaced rotor and cap,, wire check out good ,,,any input will be very appreciated

when the car is shifted from park or neutral to drive,reverse or any of the lower gears, the idle would do a sudden drop and car will cut off. but if i keep my feet on the accelerator immediately after i shift in to gear it wont cut off but will if i slow down. I recently put in a fuel pump, rotors in the distributor clean the IAC and or EGR and throttle body. also have a bad idle and would cut off if AC is turned on while in park or neutral. would gladly appreciate the help. Trani seems to work fine but do you think it could also be a torque converter issue
I dont get any gears. I take it the possibilities now are a powertrain control module... and ? Anyone anyone... buehler... buehler.

The car was driving fine and I pulled in a gas station and went to take off and it died everytime I tried to take off. It would go in reverse, but the second I put it down in drive (floor shift) automatic, it dies.
I've put alot of money in this car lately, but it does have over 220,000 miles on it.
My car will not start, spins over just fine, just won't crank. When it happened, the car started like normal, the rpms went up to 1000 for like 1/2 a second when it started, when the rpms dropped back down, it went dead. It's getting fuel, it's firing, replaced the fuel pump, spark plugs, cleaned and charged the battery, checked the vacuum canister for cracks(already had to replace it once), checked for gaps in the breather, checked injectors with a noid light, checked all fuses and relays, checked all the sensors and everything is good. Puzzled on it. Thinking it may have jumped time, any ideas? Thanks
My mazda etude 1.8 litre sedan 1995 model is very heavy on petrol. It does about 430km on a 50litre tank and I do not know how to fix this problem. I bought it recently and it has had the same consumption since. It has 244000km on the clock. I serviced it recently, changing the spark plugs, oil and air filters but it is still doing 430km on a full tank. The timing belt makes a slight squealing sound and the car sometimes jerks a bit during acceleration when I am driving on the highway. Could this be what is causing the high fuel consumption? What could be causing the jerking and what should I do to get a fuel consumption rate of at least 12km on a litre.
I need to replace my turbine input sensor and cant find in please help.....
what could be making my car idle so rough when i done changed my filters and replaced my fuel filters and my plugs and wires as well?
