I just rebuilt the rear end. it had a Dana 44 with new disc and gears. when I take the rear drive shaft down, and spin the wheels you can still here it coming from the rear end.

It makes this grinding rubbing sound the sound is very loud ?

I've changed tiered ends and steering gear box twice. It is a death trap. I can't even drive it over 30 if i hit the slightest bump in road it goes all crazy and makes me feel like its gonna flip. Its the only vehicle i have and have kids. Ive had to borrow a car. I am not putting my kids in that thing. I need a local mechanic that knows about jeeps and is not gonna rip me off. Everyone i call says they can work on it but its not mechanical its suspension related. I've viewed forums that tell me its a process of elimination. I've tried that and can't afford to keep trying parts here and there.

EACH START --BAG LITE COMES ON AND DOES NOT GO OFF-- BLOWER,AC,REAR WIPER,DEFROST, BK UP LITE INOPERATIVE WHEN AIR BAG LIGHT IS ON.
CAN'T GET THE LIGHT TO GO OFF--- JEEP FORUM SEZ IGNITION SWITCH GROUND? I JIGGLED SWITCH AND NO CHANGE. ALL FUSES ARE GOOD?

How long to get the job done, what should it cost

when i am stopped or driving at a constant speed the rpms will drop or jump randomly. it does it sometimes when im accelerating but not consistently so i dont think its the transmission. and when i 1st start the vehicle the rpms stay around 2 thousand and will slowly drop down

Is this a pinch hose?

I tried again and still nothing. My husband took the battery cable off and we heard a click and then he returned the cable to the battery. The jeep started and ran fine for about two weeks. Same thing happened again and we again removed the battery cable. The jeep started again. Any Advice?

Have replaced the thermostat, water pump, fan clutch and radiator. The temp guage wont go over 210, have replaced the coolant temp sending unit, but after driving the coolant boils out of the radiator into the over flow bottle. Dont know whats left. No water in the oil and its not leaking coolant.

CODE PO122 KEEPS POPPING UP(VOLTAGE LOW) IS IT REALISTIC TO REPLACE TPS MYSELF OR SHOULD I TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC?

oil pressure has been running high, like 80 when running 45 to 60 miles per hour. purchased oil pressure safety switch but need to find out where it is on engine?

fog lights come on at anytime even when parked and no key on with no one around if answer is replace ment how do you go about it
