Instrument Cluster Displays May Lose Pixels on Mercedes-Benz CLK320

The instrument cluster display may lose pixels and need replacement. However, if the back lighting bulbs for the odometer display in the center of the cluster burn out, they can be replaced.

Pixels for gear location and clock displays are almost unreadable. Any idea how a fix should cost?
My temperature and my clock and my shift pixels are going crazzy. They are all turning off one by one. Can it be fixed? Or do I have to replace the instrument cluster ?
Clock and Temp unreadable
Pixels for gear indication are unintelligible.
So far I haven't had the clock fixed because the whole front part needs to be removed, but it sometimes looks like alien time!
Center displaying telemetry including, gas milage, speed, etc is out.
