Verified

Water corroding the head light actuator connector can cause the head lights to open and close on their own, or operate erratically. Replacing the head light actuator motor should fix this problem.

    The headlights will pop up then close...the right headlight will pop up but the left headlight will not... and the taillights will not come on when the headlights pop up.. when the headlights are turned off the tail lights come on.
