Crank no start, theft light blinking rapidly nonstop, purchased car 1 mo. ago and been dead in driveway for over 2 weeks. Was only given one key w/a gigantic head that has a big battery cell in it. My 2000 mustang key has big head, but no battery and is about 50 percent shorter and the problem car's key has no chip that I can see.

i heard a noise when turning then got hard to turn after that i checked my fluid and it was empty so i put some in and its still very hard to turn.

The fuse for cigarette lighter

Runs good, no check engine lights. I can drive any distance, but sometimes when I cut it off, it wont catch and run for a while. Starter engages, car just won't catch. I have changed plugs and checked battery and cables. everything looks fine. Could it be a fuel pump? Problem is random. Did it one time in May and then didn't do it again until recently, but has become a daily occurrence.

I opened hood and there wasnt anything in mine and was.smelling oil burning on exhaust and lost gas mileage and motor idles up down from 1100 rpm too 800

does this car have afuel filter or doyou think it is electrical also car revs up is inconsistent sometimes revs up to 3000rpms sometimes revs up only to 1500 or 2000 rpms and starts sputtering as if missing car has been sitting for awhile

Just started today. Checked all fuses and they are good. Window has been a little sluggish lately also. Do I need a new motor, and where is it located on 98 mustang,v6 ?

is it worth the cost

Trouble code p1443 just went off in my mustang.it says the fuel pressure sensor is bad.should I change it?

I stop when it clicks to full you can smell the gas even when I dont overfill

The car will crank but wont fire, its not a fuel issue because fuel comes out when i purged it, i called the guy i bought it from and he said the alarm was on it when he got it, its not stock and dont know the make of it, why wont it let me fire it up and what do i have to do to get it runnin again ?

Will this cause the forward gears to not work but reverse does. will draining the excess out make it work right? Trans re.cently rebuilt

i want to know if a alternator could cause a misfire
