Mitsubishi Eclipse Problem Report

Mitsubishi Eclipse Fluid Leak From Suspension Strut

(8 reports)

A fluid leak may be noted from the one or more of the suspension struts. A small amount of fluid residue is generally not considered a problem. If the fluid leak becomes severe enough strut performance may be affected requiring replacement.

I purchased new struts from Mitsu dealership. After 11 months both rear struts were leaking. Replaced under 12 month warranty. -
