Mercedes-Benz S430 Cracked Driveshaft Flex Discs May Cause Driveshaft Movement/Vibration

A vibration felt through the center floor of the vehicle can be caused by cracked and/or shredded driveshaft flex discs, resulting in excessive driveshaft movement. If not repaired, damage to the driveshaft center support bearing, transmission, or differential can occur.

I have a same problem I feel vibration throght center floor especially when I go over 50 -
vibration from underneath the vehicle when tarveling at a high speed. I thought it was the drive shaft but if was never confirmed by the mechanic. But after readding this column I will have him check the car tomorrow while it is in the shop. -
