My 92 buick windows don't roll down and horn don't work

I've had this car for 22 yrs and 10 yrs ago my tranny solonoid went out so the un-plugged it and since then I get a check engine lt and a code 26 27 28 .,ashop told me it was tires another said i needed a new computer @$500

Every time start car, could it be power steering pump/bushings? (No noise from steering wheel). Pullies are tight when try to wiggle.

Replaced electric fan motor, radiator is circulating good, water pump not leaking.

I have a 1992 buick century and the SES light and temperature will flash on and off sometimes. When it does this the car will stall and takes time before I can crank again. I changed the temp sensor and still no change. I can't scan the computer cause it never stays on long enough to check it. Can you please help me??
I've already replaced the temp sensor also

My girlfriend just bought a 1992 Buick century, it has 110,000 miles on it, there is nothing wrong that I know of and it seems to be an awesome car! But one issue we're having is it's going into gear really hard, but doesn't shift hard? When we put it in reverse it clanks and shakes the car, it does the same when we put it in drive. But it doesn't shift hard on the road, and sometimes we can feel it downshift, what could this possibly be? There's no check engine lights on, and the transmission fluid doesn't look all that bad! I know enough about cars because I work at a quick lube and preventative maintence store but don't know anything about older cars, is it normal for this to occur with these? Or could my transmission be going out?

The car starts fine when the tank is full, but at 1/3 full or less, cranking the engine has no effect. If I crank long enough, I smell fuel. If I wait 15-20 minutes, the car will start, but then runs very rough. It eventually smooths out when it warms up. Any ideas out there?

The noise sounds like it could be coming from pulley not sure

Seems to start to engage, but then don't.

The first 10-15 mins. it runs great, but then it will stall, jerk, and die when I brake or stop completely. To keep it running I have to slip it into neutral while stopped, and slip it back into drive when I need to take off. It jerks a little when I take off too. The spark plugs and wires are fine, and the coil pack was replaced, so I don't know if the timing is off or what. Please help I need to fix it ASAP!

car was running great 3 days earlier I replaced O2 sensor gas milege got better then this happens got the car to start a couple of times that night but it would die ,if I reved it up to try to keep it running it sounded like a real bad miss and smelled gas bad, did this a couple times thought it might be bad gas so I put a bottle of injector cleaner and some heet in it started 2 more times with the same miss and sputter then tried starting it again and the battery was dead. boosted it off the next day and it started right up ran perfect for 10-15 minutes and did all the same stuff again service engine soon light isn't on but ichecked anyway and no codes show up didn't have the tools to do a lot but checked to see if it was getting fuel and it was pulled a plug and even after sitting 12 hours it smelled like gas when it was removed plug was gapped right and not burnt but was black which came right off up until this the car ran great
