Brake Pedal Pulsation on Mitsubishi Eclipse

Problem Description and Possible Solution

The brake pedal may pulsate when the brakes are applied. This is most commonly caused by the front brake rotors warping. Resurfacing the affected rotors may correct the problem for the short term but replacement would generally considered a longer term solution.

When the brake is depressed, the car shudders. Have replaced wheels and rims, and it still does it.
breaks pulse when stopping on snow, ice or gravel. replaced rotors and pads numerous times but issue continues.
pulsating - rotors were rusting out, first time had to replace, granted it was all four.
