When you light push on the brakes you get a clunking noise.
I have replace , rotors, brakes, calipers. Still there. But the brakes seem to work fine. But with noise.
front brakes rattled when applied.then forcing struts up and down by hand .. pushing on hood they stopped . driving on a rough road started them up again .suspension bad getting the struts replaced soon under lifetime warranty.
Just had brakes replaced and found out the ball joints on both front wheels are completely shot. No way they should be this bad at only 63,000 miles. This is what was causing a clunking noise while driving. Very dangerous situation and plan to fix asap.
