Wipers Won't Park Due to Windshield Wiper Motor Failure on Honda Civic Hybrid

On certain models the windshield wipers will not park in the proper place or won't shut off. The wiper motor must be replaced to repair this issue.

Windshield wipers won't stop at right location and will continually keep going and not shut off.
Same thing happening. wipers not able to stop for long period of time and when it does it stops abruptly.
Wipers don't stop when in off position or keep going when in the low intermittent setting.
Wiper will not stop in correct position. Additionally, wiper will keep going after it is turned off.
