Guages flicker when i try and turn on car so the computer gave me two codes one with ECM and another having to do with the main gasket. Sinced it seemed like an electrical problem ECM and battery where replaced recently. But the same problem is still occurring ? Please help
My car wont start and before i change the timing belt need to know
When drivin my car once it goes to 2 rpm's than it will rev to 3 4 5 until let go of speed. Sometimes it does shift the gears and when it does it does very smoothly. No engine light is on. How can i fix it . What is wrong? Bugs me cuz just bought a year ago
Your drivin my car (TDI Jetta auto) and once hits 2 on rpm's than revs out all way till you let go of the speed. But sometimes doesnt do it and it shifts gears so nicely. so stupid. Any idea's ?
moter in window works because i can here it if i press the window up button at first i thought it was shattered because it sounded like broken glass in a grinder ... but its not i beleave it just needs too be put back on track
IF I TAKE THE BATTERY WIRE NEG OR POS OFF THE FANS SHUT OFF UNTIL I SWITCH THE KEY ON ACC THEN THE FANS COME ON AND STAY ON UNTIL I DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AGAIN, ALSO WHEN I CONNECT THE TERNMINAL BACK ON THE BATTERY IT HAS A LITTLE SPARK LIKE SOMETHING IS STILL ON.
ONE MORE THING THE AC CLUTCH STOP WORKING ON THE COMPRESSOR. A MECHANIC HOOK UP A WIRE TO SEE IT THE CLUTCH IS WORK AND IT IS WORKING BUT IT DOESN'T COME ON WHEN THE AC BUTTON IS PUSH ON FROM THE CAR ITSELF. IS THERE A RELAY OR SWITCH FOR BOTH OF THESE PROBLEMS?
Hit a dip while driving then I stop to find out what below my car was hit, then i saw oil dripping contionously underneath the engine.

When I shift into 1st gear, my car drags into gear only in first and second. When I am on the freeway or finally in gear on the streets, it drives just fine.
went to auto store and they scanned it and came up with 2 issues. P1225 and couldn't give me other code but said running too rich. Could this be my fuel pump relay switch? I check relay switch and it does click when I turn ignition key. Could it still be bad?
When car is cold an you go to put it in gear it dies but when u let it run for a half hr it doesn't do it any suggestions?
My car is almost @ 110,000 miles and I need to replace the timing belt. I've heard you should replace the water pump at the same time to avoid having to do it later. I replaced my water pump at 56,000 miles. Should I skip it or will it go again soon? Should I also replace the idlers, tensioners, drive belt and front engine seals like some people recommend?
