began habving issues shifting in andout of lower gears, at lower rpm's. lurching hesitating
Abruptly downshifts from 3rd gear to 2nd gear and stays in 2nd gear until transmission cools down. It is not fixed. Disabled, our only car and no money to fix or replace.
U started notice a problem that if you drive for a certain amount of time at the same speed, my rpms start to jump around like 500rpm up then back to normal, but putting into cvt mode, it goes up the 500rpm. I was told i might need a new tranny, is that true?

I went to Advanced Auto, to make a "scanning" and the scan shows a code: # p0725 and PO868 they told me that is a TRANSMISSION PROBLEM. this problem has a RECALL?? lancer 2008 thanks
