I have had numerous attempts to repair this loud clanking clashing noise that comes from my outer left front tire and so far no one has diagnosed the problem correctly and I'm unsure of exactly what the problem is. I have had my brake pads rotors replaced and most recently I was exiting the freeway and my brakes just suddenly went out I want to crash into a pole I'm unsure of what the problem is I have my car taken to mechanic he said the brake pads were fine so I need help please!
the noise does not start until I have driven about 10 miles. When I make a sharp turn, left or right, a hear a sound like the rear tires are
rubbing against the wheel well. Also I live is a building of 48 units, that is a circle, and the drive way is also a circle. that sound is like the
drive shaft is slapping around......As you can see the car has not been driven a lot. only 22,000 miles. From 2002 until 2005 it did about
14,000 miles, the owner passed away and his widow would not sell the car. It was driven very little until it was sold in 2013, with 15,000
miles on the odometer. I put on the rest of the mileage.......thank you for your time and advise......
