Software update to correct false air fuel sensor fault on Honda Accord

The PCM can misinterpret data from the air fuel sensor and set a false Check Engine (MIL) light requiring a PCM update to repair.

Noise sounds like a small model airplane in front of car only can hear it when moving starts around 30mph it is not affected by accelerating or hitting gas pedal.
