Shutter when turning at low speeds on Dodge Grand Caravan

If a shudder is felt while turning the vehicle at low speeds, replacing the power steering hoses with revised hoses may be necessary. Also consider installing a finned power steering cooler.

Steering shudder when parking , Backing up and at low speeds mostly.
Had same issue, in fact now the power steering return hose was leaking due to frigid temps. I think the shutter problem was an early warning sign of a failing hose.
