Coolant Hoses May Fail Unexpectedly on Mercedes-Benz SL500

The cooling system hoses may fail unexpectedly. The hoses can look good on the outside, but the rubber can degrade and erode on the inside. If not carefully checked, the hoses can burst at any time.

Cracked radiator inlet neck. I tried to repair with epoxy radiator repair kit but it did not work very well. Found nearly new radiator on craigslist and replaced. DIY
