What is your question?
The serpentine belt comes off when it gets wet and I turn left.

This is a common problem. There's a revised tensioner available, and there's a special kind of belt that resists being wet. Chrysler has issued a Technical Service bulletin TSB 07-01-99 to address this problem. Goodyear and Gates (belt manufacturers) have issued field repair kits for this problem too. The Goodyear part number for the kit is 49204K. The Gates part number for the kit is GAT-38342K. Most likely the serpentine belt tensioner is not working correctly, and is allowing the belt to come off. Also check the condition and alignment of all the pulleys.
The Bulletin addresses your concern, but it is the Idler Pulley and mounting bracket, not the tensioner.
Most likely a worn automatic belt tensioner. It is not holding the pully straight or level. Belt shoulb be running in the middle of the pully when it is running. If it is running towards the frot or edge of the pully thats the problem. Replace the entire pully assembly. TOM
