Ford F-150 Rough Idle Caused by EGR Sensor Sticking

Intermittent rough idle may be caused by the EGR sensor sticking, causing the EGR valve to stay slightly open. The valve and sensor must be replaced together to correct this concern.

At Idle my F-150 5.4L runs with an intermittent roughness. Not noticeable on the tachometer but you can feel it. No codes on the OBD. Going to try engine/plug tune-up. -
clean out the EGR with cimtool. -
Having a problem with fuel smell rough idle when stopped but idles, fuel over load is what it smells like when stopped. The truck starts acting up after a good 20 to 25 minutes of driving. act's like -
Mine runs fine until it gets warm usually 20 30 min of freeway, then when put in reverse or pulling into parking spot, drops to very low idle and sounds like the loudest diesl motor, hit throttl to up idle and back to normal. Have found no one that can tell me where to begin. no engine lights -

EGR code verified for free at Advanced Auto Parts, they can check the codes for free but will not clear them. Autozone also provides this service. -
