Ford F-150 Rough Idle Caused By EGR Sensor Sticking

Intermittent rough idle may be caused by the EGR sensor sticking, causing the EGR valve to stay slightly open. Our technicians tell us the valve and sensor must be replaced together to correct this concern.

After I have driven a while and stop at a stop light the truck would idle rough. We could put it in neutral and it would subside. I have had the egr tube replaced and will see if that takes care of it. -
