Replace PCM to fix false misfire and CEL illumination on Honda Civic del Sol

On some models the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) can detect a false misfire and illuminate the Check Engine light (MIL). Replacing the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is required for this repair.
