Chevrolet Suburban 2500 The Fuel Pump May Fail Causing the Engine to Stall or Crank Over But Not Start

The fuel pump may fail causing the engine to stall and not restart. Our technicians recommend replacing the fuel filter every 30,000 miles to help prevent undue strain on the fuel pump.

had to replace the fuel pump. was not cheap fix. found out i had a duel tank system -
hard to start keeps trying several time finely starts..think its fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump or the fuel filter -
Fuel pump was noisy for extended time. Lost power on hills and ran rough. -
had fuel pump replaced in 2005 and now in 2012 it cranks but wont turn over. Also alternator went bad in the same day? -
