Went to open console it came off in my hand.

Both ended up falling off, bought some blue adhesive strips from home depot and stuck them back on, not the perfect fix but it worksfine so far

Glued the tab back on with super glue
My 5 year old son grabbed it from the backseat, and when he pulled the left tab came off. I simply glued it back in place. Easy fix!

Same problem; went to dealer 3 weeks ago and they advised crazy glue. That's working so far..
Release tab came off but it was a clean release and gorilla glue seems to have worked very well so far.
