The upper bushings on the front shock absorbers are prone to failure and may produce a rattling/jingling noise as the car is driven over bumps.

A clacking sort of sound that sounds as if it may be coming from the left and rt under dash or front suspension. Turns out to be upper shock bushings. Took awhile to figure out. Fixed for 20.00. Jag bushings suck! I'd like to use hard rubber. The CBC 5616 bushing kit doesn't fit into cup nicely. Back to Jag tomoerrow.
