Rattle From Rear Shock on Chrysler Sebring

A rattle from the rear of the vehicle may indicate that the rear shock absorbers are defective. Updated shocks are available; however, careful inspection of all suspension components should be performed before any parts are replaced.

Constant rattle on right rear of car sounds like strut gone bad but further investigation revals bushing deterated that between sprong and car body..
Rear right shock's upper mount was corroded from road salts and busted. It sounded like the rear was going to fall out. Bought strut/coil spring/mount assembly from http://www.rockauto.com/ and installed myself for around $220. Rock auto is my go-to source for all parts except when I buy from NAPA due to time.

RATTLE,, KNOCKING NOISE- Sounded like bottom of car falling apart when driving on slightly bumpy roads. Had the F Stabler Bar control link (both sides) replaced. Now have a beautiful driving car.
