Rough Idle and/or Engine Stalling Condition on Lincoln Navigator

Problem Description and Possible Solution

In high dust areas, problems with the EGR system are common. The filter for the EGR solenoid may plug and cause the EGR to activate when it should not; this can cause the engine to stall. The dirty filter should be replaced to correct this concern.

continually feel it wants to stall but it doesnt I hve tried everything paid for repairs and it goes back to the same thing. also the tracking light and engine light dont turn off even after repairing it
JERKS BETWEEN 45 AND 60 MPHS
engine will run, but need to hold gas pedal so engine will not stall out
I noticed this stutter or skipping problem at 50 mph only and would go away before and after that speed. Now it is starting to do it between 50 and 75 mph. Im hoping its a simple fix and don't cost a lot. This is my first time looking into it and being on this site I will update with my findings.
Sounds like this is my problem as well
