Power Window Motor May Fail on GMC Jimmy

A door window may move slowly or stop in mid travel due to a failing power window motor. The affected window may start working again after the motor cools off. Replacing the faulty window motor will commonly correct this concern.

4door jimmy 1994 4x4. Driver side rear window moves down about an inch then creeps to a stop. Most of the time window would not go back up. Let vehicle sit. Window would roll up. Found to be a cheap OEM window motor design. New motor fixed the problem.
