jeep runs rough in gear not in park or nuetral and when at a stop sign or light, the motor has a shake. the P540 code is on

Just the engine ligth turn on and the mechanical said the pcm is not working properly
When i stop it doesn't want to move. If i shut it off for a few minutes and start it back up its ok for a short while, then it happens again.
