passenger side door wont close

When the sliding door came off of the tracks, the flex track which contains the wiring to the module, motor etc was probably damaged and / or the drive mechanism itself (clutch assy) . I suggest yo take the vehicle to your local dealership for inspection and diagnosis as they are best equipped to handle the matter. Your concern is not that uncommon.
