Oil Leak From Turbo Return Pipe Seal on Volvo V70

oil leaking from right side of engine
2001 Volvo V70 - FWD 148,000 mi,
Oil all over underneath,hard to find only leeks when turbos used, will not leak in idle or high rev.
Mechanic said it was VERY common. Not a major leak. Just an annoyance.
