No crank due to blown starter relay fuse on Dodge Ram Van 1500

Problem Description and Possible Solution
A no crank condition may be cause by a blown starter relay fuse. If the fuse is blown and the relay circuit is not shorted to ground, our technicians tell us there is a relay and harness assembly to be installed along with a new fuse.

Starter fuse keeps blowing
Turned the key and "nothing". Replaced fuse to a 30A and worked once but then blew again. They're going to install some harness recommended by the dealer.
2001 ram 2500 diesel, stater solenoid fuse keeps blowing!
