That code indicates that the computer detected a fault in the evaporative emission system (EVAP) in that the purge (when the evaporative canister is sucked dry of gas fumes after the engine is started) flow is insufficient. There could be a few different causes for this, I'd suggest getting to a VW specialist for diagnosis.

a 441 code can be sent to the vehicles ecm if you fuel the vehicle while it is running. You can clear the code by using an ob2 or pull the ecm fuse for at least 45 seconds. (Look for location of your fuse in owners manual.)
