On some models a mis-manufactured AC evaporator core can cause the AC to cool poorly. The AC evaporator needs to be replaced for the AC to cool properly.

Failure to cool in high mode. Was found to be the evaporator core. Honda no longer makes this so it had to be order from a new/old website. This is suppose to help it cool. The new ones on high only cool to 60 degrees.
Total cost to figure out the problem:
$2300.00. They had to take the dashboard off to replace two filters that were clogged with metal shavings
