Abnormal Noise While Turning at Slow Speed on Dodge Grand Caravan

While turning in either direction during low speed parking lot maneuvers, if a creaking, squawking, squeaking, grinding, or groaning sound is heard from the front strut area, locate the front strut dust boot and rotate the dust boot side to side. If the sound is present, applying lubricant to the jounce bumper (bump stop) of both front struts can help with the noise.

creaking when turning steering wheel when stopped or slow and occasionally getting in or out of vehicle. have changed lower control arms, struts , stabilizer bar, bushings, links and brackets, rack and pinion steering unit, wheel hubs, motor and transmission mounts, and tie rod ends. did i miss anything???????
The noise occurs when making turns whether brake is applied or not. It is a loud squeaking sound. Two mechanics have looked at it. Rust was removed from drum and brakes were replaced. Brakes were due to be replaced. Wheel bearings were checked and they were fine. Grease was added to the one grease fitting on left front tire. The problem still exists.
