This little Honda Accord speedometer wants to work only 10% of time. You maybe driving down the road than all sudden the speedometer stops working even when the cruise control is set. Is it by chance this problem is the vehicle speed sensor on the transmission that is bad. I hate to replace it if that isn't the problem. This part is about a $100.00 to replace. Can anyone please help me out with some good advice so i can get this fixed. Thank you for your time.

I am leaking transmission fluid and it has been traced to the front seal. I was told that the torgue converter needs to be removed during this process. I was given an estimate of around $1000...said it may be less. Can anyone help me out to determine if this is a valid estimate?
Thanks so much,
Honda Accord SE has 112K. Light has been on for 2 months or so. Loose gas cap is also a probable cause but I have filled up several times and the light has not gone off. What would be the most likely failure and what should I try to change myself and what should I let the dealer change? The Troubleshooting code is P1457, which the Autozone rep said he had never seen before.
Possible remaining causes are: vapor canister saturated, failed vent solenoid, or failed purge solenoid.
My Honda does a strange kick when i put into D4 and the ncheck enegine light went on and i went to a dealership and they told me that i needed a new transmission but when when i went to another place they said it's the transaxle...
The manual only details loosening on a 4 cyl. engine and not a 6 cyl. I could change it if I could only loosen it.

Hi, I have a consist problem with my car. While driving 40-80 mph I experience a sutle but noticable jerking or swaying side to side from the car. It is random (not occuring most of the time) but seems to be increased in power when drifting slower. The feeling is "lightly holding steering wheel, the car lurches side to side in very rapid (quick) movements for a very small time period (usually 1-10 secs. It subsides and is gone. This problem is random but continuing over a period of 3 months. Does not occur at low speeds. All I know is I got new tires from Costco just prior to incident. Help! thanks!
What is the timing for replacing the timing belt on a 2002 Honda Accord that has 103,000 tamely driven miles (wife's car). The car has been well maintained and has no noticeable problems.
