Chevrolet Express 2500 Erratic Fuel Gauge Operation

It is common for the fuel level sensor in the fuel tank read the fuel level incorrectly. The sensor must be replaced to correct the condition. Our technicians recommend having the complete fuel pump module replaced on high mileage vehicles.

Fuel gauge is erratic, one minute reads 1/2 tank next minute reads zero. -

About three yrs.ago I bought my van afterwhile the fuel gage worked off & on.I fixed it then the fuelpump went. replaced it, now the fuel gaege has not worked for a year. what do I do now. Is there a way I can fix it that wo'nt cost so much. -
When you fill your tank the needle only moves to a 1/4 tank of gas -
