Fan belt type noise from the front engine area on Toyota FJ Cruiser

Started the FJ after not driving it for 2 days, and this crazy whining noise started coming from the engine area. It's due for service, so I'm going to have it repaired, whatever it is. I just thought it was weird to spring up out of nowhere like that.
