Erratic operation of idle speed control motor on Dodge Ram Van 2500

Problem Description and Possible Solution
An erratic idle, stall on hot restart and/or low speed deceleration. may be caused by a faulty idle air control motor. Our technicians tell us there is a revised IAC motor to correct this condition.

Sitting at idle with transmission in drive idle becomes erratic and the stalls, chokes and backfires when restarting. Replaced Iir Filter, PCV, PCM, IAC, TPS, MAF, Plugs & Wires, Distributor, Coil, Injectors, Crankshaft Position Sensor and still haven't fixed the problem.
