Engine starts, but does not turn over. Distributor cap and rotor was replaced.

The belt broke that goes around the altenator.then the radiator exploded and knocked the distributor cap loose and now it will crank over but won't start
I just got my car out f shop and it runs great once it starts. But when you go to start it it turns over and over and over then it starts and is a little rough sounding till it starts it usually take 7 or more time to turn it to start what is the issue

Since I bought the car it takes to turns to start engine when warm when cold useally starts right up. I have no idea what creating the problem or how to solve it. I brought it to 3 nissan dealership for repair and they can't figure it out.
