Engine rear main oil seal may leak on Honda Civic Si

The engine rear main oil seal can leak. The transmission has to be removed to replace the seal to stop the leak.

Oil leak near transmission between the oil pan and engine block. Not fixed yet. Engine has to be taken apart to get to it/look at it. Potentially $500-700 repair.
