"Crank no Start" Due to Failed Crankshaft Position Sensor on Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG

The crankshaft position sensor may fail. Symptoms of this are: The engine will crank—but not start—especially when the engine is warm. The car may start again if it is left to cool off, but it may run roughly or have poor performance.

Replaced the crank sensor and the issue is gone.
Recently since last week, turns over but after running may not start. I drove and at stop light twice stopped. Waited 20 minutes and then starts.
shop fixred it.
intermittent no start condition. Replaced CPS.
