Various engine and transmission fault code issues and driveability concerns have been addressed with software upgrades. Our technicians tell us that in some cases the engine and transmission control modules must be programed as a coordinated change. Driveability concerns may develop if only one module is reprogrammed.
  • BOUGHT BRAND NEW IN 06. DODGE HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE THROTTLE BODY AND DO A PCM FLASH UPDATE. ONE OF THEIR JACK LEG MECHANICS TOLD ME I SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO CHANGE TRANS FLUID UNLESS ITS LEAKING ON GROUND. WEIRD CAUSE THE MANUAL SAYS TO HAVE IT SERVICED AROUND 80,000 MILE RANGE. SO WHEN I REACHED 100 MILES. MY TRANS OVERHEATING LIGHT CAME ON. SO I HAD THE BLACK OLD FLUID SUCKED OUT AND NEW CVT FLUID PUT BACK IN. NOW CAR WONT EXCELERATE OVER 15MPH. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DODGE CHRYSLER PRODUCT, EVER! NOT TO MENTION ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AND SUNROOF LEAKING. JUNK!
