Every once in awhile the check engine light has to be cleared due to a gas cap issue. I have not replaced the gas cap.

Just purchased this car for cheap money.....but it's gorgeous. Haven't put 300 miles on it and now I'm replacing the Torque Converter, & the check gas cap light keeps coming on. Hope I didn't make a big mistake by buying this car ??
