Command screen has vertical line running through display

CD changer shows empty magazine message.
The Command Console just stopped working, won't turn on. Taking to the shop today. What should I expect? Bought it two days ago.
Bought the car a year ago used and the CD changer won't eject and the console won't acknowledge the changer exists. No voice control anywhere to speak of.
The cd changer always says "empty magazine",TELE-AID warning
Command center panel not power on.
CD changer in Control panel just shuts down then the whole control panel needs to be stopped and restarted for it to work again. I haven't had it diagnose because I am broke from fixing airmatic suspension issues with just one strut.
Cd player reads empty.Wont play.

voice command never worked.Tele Aid unit works but since change from anaylog to digital I guess that is normal.
