Problem Reports

On two recent occasions within the past three months my ML63 has left me high and dry. The most recent was on December 13, 2010. After driving back from a hour and half drive I pulled in to fill up with fuel. When I got back into the car the car would not start. The battery was not dead. This was verified by MB. The other odd thing was that the brake pedal would not depress. The car was towed to a MB service center. They contacted MB and they said that there is no way that this could happen. The dealership faxed them all the information and they are to check into it. What MB had to do both times was to reload the hard drive. Both times the hard drive was completely erased. MB states that this has not happened to anyone else.
