How do I get my car to go onto drive if it does not shift when I put it into gear from park ?
all other controls work properly on passenger seat
I need to replace the driver side rear view mirror on my 2004 BMW 745i but need to know if it is auto dimming and heated. It does move up and down when I back up. I know it is not self closing.
Just put in logic seven amplifier played well for one week then static in the rear door panel speakers also when I open the front doors with the power off in the car the front speakers make static noise
exactly the oil required by model of car.

After about 10-15min waiting period car will start and run find but will go through this shut down cycle again and not crank for another 10-15min i am afraid to drive because it can stop on me in traffic is this a sensor problem.
I just recently put a control arm in and now it is something, else. We are tight for money and I want to know, if I do not get the 'valve covered' gasket fixed if it will cause major damage in the long run, I cannot afford to get it fixed right away, will be by the end of the month and was wondering if that would cause issues. Here is the issue, I am continually having alternator issues, although that is not the case at this time the repair guy says, that due to the leaks it may be getting on my alternator belts and causing me to continally have alternator problems. I had a new alternator in 2008, a rebuilt in 2011 and so far so good on the used, everyone is saying the battery..but he attributes my issues possibly to the oil leaks..do you think there is a connection??? Please let me know..thanks
I have a intermittant dynamic drive inactive fault. The fault only occurs after the air temperature gets above 73 degrees. I have no fault in the AM when the car has sat overnight, but if the temp is above 73F, after I drive it for a while and the engine heats up or the car sits in a hot parking lot for a while, the fault occurs and stays on after the car is started. And it will remain on for the remainder of the day, no matter the temperature. The next morning it will be gone and may or may not return. I have had it to a dealer and a non-dealer repair center. The dealer insists that the Dynamic drive controller needs replaced $700US, and the Non-dealer shop insists that the front stabilizer bar needs replaced $1800US. What could cause the intermittant fault signal and how do I repair it?
